Accessibility Plans
Accessibility is everyone’s business. Written plans to reasonably accommodate persons with disabilities are required by federal law, which protects them from discrimination in programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance.
The reporting required by the Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act can be difficult to fulfill,  but done properly, the result can be an invaluable tool in long-range planning.
