Energy Audits
The purpose of an Energy Audit is to meet the Rural Housing Services requirement to monitor energy conservation in order to reduce energy and water costs in individual dwelling units and common areas. This audit is to be done every five years and submitted to RHS.

Windsor Consultants' Energy Audit will address areas where the owner and/or management agent can increase energy conservation and will make recommendations as to how to do so.

The Energy Audit will encompass:
  • A complete and thorough physical inspection of each unit type at a property.
  • A complete and thorough physical inspection of the exteriors of each building.
  • A complete and thorough inspection of all common areas and grounds.
