Evaluations & Transition Plans The purpose of the Fair Housing/ADA/504 Evaluation and Transition Plan is to report any areas of non-compliance regarding Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, make recommendations as to a course of action for correcting these areas of non-compliance and providing a guideline for implementation of the changes to the properties. The Evaluation and Transition Plan encompass: A complete and thorough physical inspection of accessible units. A complete and thorough physical inspection of adaptable units. A review of company policies regarding fair housing regulations. A complete and thorough inspection of each building exterior, all common areas and grounds. Windsor Consulting will provide the owner and management with: An Evaluation and Transition Plan that includes reference materials for all applicable regulations. One bound report for use on site. Three CD-ROM versions of the report. These can be used by the owner, the Management Agent, the Site and by Regulatory Agencies.
